For parents: This course in improvisation will be excellent college prep for your kids. Your teenager will build self-confidence, become more articulate with physical and vocal expression, learn how to think on the spot, and practice the art of collaboration. Since the class takes place on a college campus, it will orient participants to college living. The learning environment, following our over thirty years of experience, is safe, caring, and encouraging. Your child will also have a unique opportunity to take a class with Hannah Fox, a respected professor who is also the director of a professional NYC-based theatre ensemble. For young adults ages 15-19 interested in theatre for community building and promoting social justice. This 5-day intensive will teach an important new approach called playback theatre, which is based on enacting life stories offered by the community.
